[Resort] 2D1N at Executive Corner Suite, Kokol Haven Resort

Welcome back to my another staying experience at Kokol Haven Resort.

If you missed my previous travel journal at this resort, you can check it out here.

The reason why we are here again is because my youngest sister wasn't able to us on last trip.
Before this year ends, we decided to head up to Kokol Hill once more to enjoy the weekend away.

What's the difference on this trip is that we stayed at their Executive Corner Suite with sea view.
Last trip we stayed at Rose Garden which the room is facing the mountain view.

I won't bore you with another long story since it was covered in my previous posts. :)

Wish to show you around and what are the changes between these short few months.

Of course, first thing first, our Executive Corner Suite with sea view! :D
Our room is No. 6 Osilou, located right at the reception building, only a storey up.

Can't wait to see what's inside!

Despite the room looks kinda under-maintained, overall it is clean and neat.

The room itself is initially for 2 pax with a King-size bed.
It's charged for RM530 per night.

The room is so big that I think can accommodate 6 to 8 pax!
Extra mattress is charged at RM100 each including breakfast.

Check out the sea view from the balcony! :D

It was a sunny and windy day on the hill.
Guess you can hardly tell from the photos, but the wind was seriously strong.
I can't stay too long at the balcony, having said that I can hardly open my eyes for long (heh).

As the room guests, we are entitled for one cordial drink each as Welcome Drink.
Available options were Orange, Lime and Bandung.
The bar staff kindly helped us to pack our drinks, so we brought it back to our room and chill.

Board games are available at the reception office for a deposit of RM50 per game.
You are not charged for the game as the deposit is fully refundable when you returned it.

Speaking of dinner, we tried something new this round - their large thin crust pizza.
We ordered the Kokol Haven Specialty flavour, which consists of blue cheese, ham and mushroom.

YUM indeed! :9 Super thin. Not so much meat, but very cheezy.
The pizza cost RM29.
However, it wasn't quite filling for me as we shared among four.
So I ordered another plate of Wan Tan Ho. (heh)

Isn't it magical?

Oh ya, to note, they do have WiFi available. You may ask for the password from office.
However, the connection was not stable in the room, compared to the lounge.

Good morning sunshine!
Time for breakfast!

On our last trip, breakfast was served in buffet style and it wasn't much options to choose from.
Now they have changed their breakfast menu to ala carte.
There are 3 options available: American Style, Malay Style and Chinese Style.

International Breakfast (American Style)

Chinese Style is Fried Noodle / Meehoon with condiments.

It took a while for the food to be served since the kitchen only prepares upon request.
Overall, the food was okay. Definitely more appealing than last time.

Just one last tour around the premise before we check out.

It was another sunny day. Great day to take photos.

As I remember, there were a lot of vivid flowers at Rose Garden.
But I don't see them much on this trip. :/
I guess year end is not flower blooming season. Hmm.

Bye for now!
